Mel Savarese

HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, VA-This Saturday, 24 seniors will suit up and take Fulton Field for the final time, as the Tigers take on the Eagles of Bridgewater College on Family Weekend and Senior Day. This class has an impressive resume that includes 27 wins, 18 ODAC wins, two ODAC Championships, and two NCAA Playoff appearances. Additionally, they were part of the first Hampden-Sydney team to win a playoff game in 2013, while advancing to the second round.

The Tigers are currently riding a two-game win streak and are fresh off of a 38-33 win over Shenandoah at Everett Stadium. In the effort, freshman running back Kyree Koonce had the second best performance of any Tiger back, running for 220 yards and two touchdowns on 32 carries.

Bridgewater, on the other hand, is on a three-game skid standing at 3-4 overall and 1-3 in conference. The Eagles dropped their last outing 45-23 to Washington & Lee in Lexington.

Following Saturday's game, the Tigers will have two tough outings to close out the year, travelling to Guilford (11/7) and arch-rival Randolph-Macon (11/14).

Kickoff on the 31st is scheduled for 1:00 pm. To find links for audio, video, and live stats, click here. To view the game notes previewing the game, click here
