(August 22, 2006) HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, VA – The Hampden-Sydney College soccer team has been picked to finish fourth in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. Defending champion Virginia Wesleyan College received eight first place votes to claim the top spot. Roanoke College and Washington and Lee University were picked to finish second and third, respectively. Hampden-Sydney was picked fourth following a successful 2005 campaign in which they were selected as the 12th most improved Division III team in the nation.
