    The Hampden-Sydney golf team wrapped up its fall season ranked as the 21st team in the country, according to’s national poll. The Tigers had a strong fall season, competing in five tournaments while finishing in the top-ten in each and the top-five in two.

    The Hampden-Sydney golf team had a strong outing, winning the Tom Kinder Memorial Golf Tournament by four strokes, while freshmen John Hatcher Ferguson and Hunter Martin finished first and second, respectively, after a one-hole playoff. The Tigers also had a B team compete and fair well, finishing fifth in the field of 12.
