KANSAS CITY, MO - Harrison George (Raleigh, NC/Leesville Road) was named a Second-Team All-South District player by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) on Monday.
George adds this honor to his D3hoops.com Second-Team All-South Region and First-Team All-ODAC awards.
George was named First-Team All-ODAC in February, his third consecutive season being named to the First-Team. He led the Tigers in scoring (16.4), rebounding (6.4), steals (1.8), and tied for the team lead in blocks (0.8). Additionally, he shot 59.7% from the floor and 35% from three-point range.
George ranks second in the ODAC in field goals made (191), field goal percentage (59.7%), and points (458), fourth in points per game (16.4), sixth in steals (49), and 10th in rebounds per game (6.4) and blocks (22).
He concluded his career as one of the most prolific scorers to ever wear a Tiger uniform with 1,793 points, the fifth most points in H-SC history. George also ranks sixth at H-SC in career steals with 185 and career blocks at 73.
