2010-11: George returns this season after being named the Tigers' first-ever ODAC Rookie of the Year. Will continue to be one of the top scoring options and could emerge as one of the top scorers in the conference. One of the best athletes on the team, George has the potential to be one of the school's best. Has a great feel for the game, making it look easy. Can play above the rim and finish shots, but can also be a distributor. Has a solid shot and has the range out to the three point line. His length and athleticism make him a solid defender with the ability to wreak havoc in opposing passing lanes while also being a pesky on-ball defender.

2009-10: George was named Hampden-Sydney's first-ever ODAC and VaSID Rookie of the Year while also earning Honorable Mention All-ODAC honors. Was second on the team in scoring with 14.0 points-per-game. Led the team in rebounds (7.1 per-game), steals (1.8 per-game), and blocks (15). Played in all 26 games and started in 11. Posted a career-high 24 points three times. Shot 56.9% from the floor while knocking down a blistering 81.8% (9-11) against then-ranked #1 Randolph-Macon. Pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds twice. Recorded a near triple-double against Emory & Henry with 19 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists. Was a solid 76.2% from the charity stripe canning 77 of his 101 attempts.

High School/AAU Career: Attended Leesville Road High School in Raleigh, NC where he started at forward. Was a two-year team captain and three-year letterman. Named first team all-conference as a junior and a senior, and was named Cap 7 MVP his senior year. Averaged 26 points, 12 rebounds, two blocks, and four assists per game as a senior. Also played AAU ball for Carolina Cobras Elite All Stars.

Personal: Born February 27, 1991. Son of Michael and Margaret George. Has one sibling, Megan (21).
