2010-11: The lone senior and captain on the team, O'Neill will not only be counted on as a solid post presence, but also as a veteran leader. Has improved each year with the team and is poised to have a solid senior season. He is long and athletic and will resume his position as starting big man. Has a great ability to block and alter shots as well as be a good rebounder. Has great touch from 15 feet and in with a knack for snaring offensive rebounds.  

2009-10: O'Neill continued to improve, having his best season statistically, averaging 6.2 points-per-game in 21 contests. Started in 15 of his appearances. Was very efficient, leading the team in field goal percentage making 58.8% of his attempts (47-80). Second on the team with eight blocks. His best game came against St. Mary's where he lead the team in scoring (13) and rebounding (8). Also pulled down a team-high seven rebounds against Roanoke on 12/2/09. Averaged 3.9 rebounds-per-game which was third on the team.

2008-09: O'Neill had his best season as a Tiger playing in all 28 games while starting in five. Led the team in blocks with 21 while averaging 3.1 points and 2.6 rebounds-per-night. Scored a career-high seven points against Randolph-Macon while his 10 rebounds against Eastern Mennonite were also a career-best. Showed his shooting touch canning just shy of 50 percent of his shots courtesy 33-67 shooting.

2007-08: O'Neill matured quickly during his freshman season and came on strong to play big minutes late in the year. Appeared in 15 games and logged 6.1 minutes-per-contest in those appearances. Shot well from the field (42 percent) and came up with some big rebounds while on the floor. Registered three steals and blocked two shots. Was very accurate from the free throw line, connecting on 71 percent at the stripe.

High School/AAU Career: Four-year member of the basketball team at Leavenworth Senior High under Coach Cannon and Coach Hogan. Averaged nine points and six rebounds for his career while also being named all-league and all-state academic as a senior. Member of the 2007 Leavenworth squad that was the state runner-up. Also played three years of lacrosse as a midfielder.

Personal: Born October 17, 1988. Son of Mark and Lori O'Neill. Has one brother, Logan (14).
